Raise awareness of the client's annual bike ride for good causes. Encourage physical sign-ups to the event via organic and ad-based social media marketing campaigns, competitions and incentives

What we did

We were tasked with the digital and social media marketing of the annual charity bike ride through Yorkshire. We marketed the ride via our client's Twitter and Facebook account. We partnered with local bike shops, cycle bloggers and influential members of the industry to push the event to the target audience.

On instruction we ran paid-for Twitter ad campaigns focusing on key-words, geo-locations and specific Twitter handles. The branded visuals we created to help promote the campaign (see examples below) covered a range of topics from inspiring cycle quotes, tips from prominent and local cyclists, links to useful industry articles and questions.
